Never doubt the availability
          When looking for culpability
The guilty never wish to admit
         They are, indeed, the culprit.

Strangely Milt, The captcha was PSS! There is evidence to show their guilt, but they are still not charged! It's mind-boggling how this could happen; sadly, it happens too often and makes a mockery of the law. Take care; I apologise for the captcha; it seemed very apt and worth mentioning.
