Guileless Love
On one of Christmas eves, I remember,
A rustic girl who in age so tender;
Brought the infant Jesus home from the crib,
Amidst swearing from many an old lip;
Wrapped him well as she found him shivering,
Placed him back; her guileless love conquering...
