Guiding Star (MJH 8/28/15 lyric) We’ve gotta take it slow, Remember who we are, Live up to what we know, Follow our guiding star. We need to take a stand Against the dark we see; Extend a helping hand, Help set our brothers free. Following shadows on the ground, They can’t look up ‘cause they’re beaten down. If they’d just look to their guiding star, They might recall who and what they are. Good folks are losing hope; Can’t see their guiding star. Sliding down on their last rope, Forgotten who they are.
