Guiding Light

Through those times of madness
When I've no more energy to fight
When I've that feeling of emptiness
You bring me up to the highest height

When ever I'm drowning in loneliness
And every day is just black and white
When ever I'm in times of sadness
The day dreary, your my guiding light

But you did always believe in happiness
Every one feeing happy, feeling all right
Was that perhaps your thoughtfulness
A visionary who always had great insight

Then you did have such an awareness i
The memory of you here day and night
Like when ever I'm in times of darkness
And I can't see, you are my guiding light

Great heart gives makes this poem a most satisfying read.... Only diminished slightly by a couple of grammatical errors..(verse 2, line 4... time's should be times... Likewise verse 4, line 3... Time's to times.) Great flow and beautiful sentiment..... Jake
