Guess Who I Am
I preen and I primp.
I am all that and more really.
Other creatures avoid me.
I understand why.
They are intimidated by my beauty.
I am a hundred times prettier than my wife.
She has to be plain, so she can hide our eggs
In the tall brown grass.
But I can strut and do.
My crown waving in the wind.
People drive by and almost fall out of their cars
Watching me fan myself; for I am a gorgeous hunk of male.
