Guess the Movie

Yes,I apologize for nothing
as I stand before the town
I believe in what I'm doing
even as all the elders frown.

All my methods may seem crazy
I'll drive them till they drop
and if the best one stays away
Those few left will never stop.

I.ve turned the town drunk sober
I've won the schoolmarm's heart
and I believe we'll beat the odds
if these young men play their part.

Hmmm...I'm thinking the movie is Frank Capra's - It's A Wonderful Life? Am I even close? LOL! Peace always, John
