Guardian Butterfly
Butterfly spoke to me in my dream
And gave me life with each of her breaths
Heart of queen’s kindness she carried inside.
A true demonstration of energy she possessed.
She reviled to me all of the secrets of life
At the time I couldn’t make clear
The first thing she said with 3 flaps of her wings
True power lies in the heart of your fear.
Next thing she spoke with a point the stars
And a yell that would wake up the thunder
Find one you want and claim it for own
Never just wait there and wonder.
Tears became real to the world that I lived
They soon fell on the earth at my feet
2 more flaps form her wings she dried them all up
Her hug caught me as I tried to retreat.
Whispering softly in my ear
She gave the last words I needed to know
You are a butterfly, your wish has been granted
To the sky spread your wings and just go….
