Guardian Angel

Floating in a dreamscape of some
brightly colored wonder.
Drops me down on bended knee
and sets my thoughts asunder.

In darkest night I've waited thus
and kept watch on the sky.
Hoping for the fluttering wings
soft as a baby's cry.

Reaching from the joyful heights,
at times the depths of sorrow.
I'm sure she's out there vigilantly
guarding my tomorrow.

When circumstance spins me around
and tries to knock me out
I'll stand up strong just knowing
that my angel is about.

Nice words and verses in this poem. Just correct two small errors: Get rid of one "s" in your word "assunder". Also, "vigilant" should be presented as "vigilantly". You need the adverb as opposed to the adjective.
