Growing Old Together
Growing old Together
I’m just a lonely man living out my life.
One day I looked up and you arrived.
Without saying a word, I knew that you were the one.
I could take you out on a date, we could have lots of fun.
I would protect you with my life, and always.
Thank you for giving me a chance even though you're so far away.
I enjoy your company living day by day.
I just wanted to say you had me at taco tuesday.
On a straight path, you bring light into my life.
No matter how far I have fallen, you were there anyway.
You are beautiful in so many ways.
I’m sorry for being late on our first date.
Beyond the horizon, you are all I need.
Hand in hand, we can go on a wonderful journey.
I’m overwhelmed by your smile.
Just like a marathon I want to be with you on the last mile.
With your strength, all things are possible.
Standing by your side, you are so colorful.
In the morning, we can share coffee together.
Your gentle touch is like a feather.
I want to support all your ideas and needs.
Taking time out we can share a plate of nachos with cheese.
Sometimes I am lost for words.
You looked at me and said yes to a stranger.
I have been through so much and made too many mistakes.
You looked past it all and gave me a hug anyway.
