Groping In the Dark

An endless cave system
Lies under ground
Since the beginning of time
It`s been around
Winding tunnels,
Chambers and rivers
A labyrinth of passages -
No one ever comes hither
The silence of this grave
Hides the memories of a few
Who dwelled here before me
I sense them in a déjà vu
All have perished, none survived
I`m the last one in line
To seek the exit, to see the light
I pray and wish for a sign
