Grilled Cheese

A grilled cheese for lunch Is enjoyable The sandwich in pan Then browning both sides Notice the cheese melt Then ready to eat With chips on the side Or a few pickles Don't forget the beets Together they blend When eaten with cheese Makes a perfect meal

So easy to make and so delicious! It's one of my favorite meals and sometimes I'll add a slice of tomato and/or ham! Your poem does it so much justice! Now I feel for one - or two :-) with a glass of cold lemonade! Hugs. Pandita

Hi Dar, I had a cheese sandwich yesterday and it was very good.Never had beets with cheese before. I think I should try that combination.

Hello Alfred, my favourite way to have a grilled cheese is with a dill pickle. i once had it with beets, but I prefer a dill pickle. have a nice evening my friend.
