Grieving
Tea lanterns,
adorn,
the garden.
Tiny amber flecks,
like
gleaming gold.
Shining bright
amongst
the lush forest.
Blooming flowers.
Illuminating,
set aglow,
contrasting
my ivory wings,
that are broken
I descend
back
into reality.
Remembering,
abruptly.
That my heart
is not merely,
broken,
it is destroyed.
The kind of agony
that could have been
caused
by death.
