Greetings From the Other Side
Walking by
electric images
of lust and love
I catch a hint of something beyond
Strange garden - flowers
can grow here!
City on a unique voyage
through the cracks
in the pavement
life forces its way through!
don't be upset
by the noise of
the revelers or the automobiles
You'll see the light coming
forth again through the
shadows
When dawn appears once
more
above the bridge between
the islands
Millions of voices
will sing in silent harmony
We awake from uneasy
dreams
Our paths become clearer
as our ears
hear the melody
sounding throughout
the asphalt homeland
