Greet With Fire

Smoke from the shadows...

numbers mount and battles ensue...

exploiting chaos-dark memory eludes...

competition from super predators...

reluctance to venture from great height...

onlookers multiply-worlds collide...

ever alert - magic season change she brews...

leave behind subsidence -blame...

lead from the front-conquer the past...

with this belief until she breathes her last...

this once dreariness...trampled with
fury...with fire...

she now stands mightier her inner strength
her rest of days her attire...

these memories I will leave lost in
ashes in dust...

these memories I cast out of the shadows
and into the fire...I thrust...

these memories without power
condemned and without trust...

I will greet you with fire...
a minuscule resemblance...
these dark memories...

my soul you no longer claim...
my mind my territory...
your fault...your blame...
