Greenery

Our door isn’t easily seen.
Seen from afar is our wreath of green.
Green holly circles berries between.
Between November and January our wreath’s on the screen
Screen doors on their own don’t often look very keen.
Keen nostrils may catch the whiff of evergreen.
Evergreen needles spread throughout did something unforeseen.
Unforeseen to us they made the air smell crisp and clean
