Hi dear soul sister, green tea, very good for you - a lovely couplet. One day I bought a packet of green tea, but how did I not see (Anti- Constipation (in bold) on the packet! We had a meeting with one of our clients the next morning and needless to say i spent my time mostly in the loo, I had to excuse myself, and my husband had to do the work and talking for the two of us - I am wary of buying green tea in a hurry, since that day!
