Green Spring, Nature's Poem
Amazing caramel, orange rose red sunset
Blazing behind the horizon as it
Comes forth with the absence of glittering stars
Dawn brings out the sight of white clouds and blue skies
Enlightening nature to wake with a
Fresh new day with the sound of the birds chirping and singing
Gathering food; feeding their young nestled in the nest between limbs
Huge old majestic oak as the leaves rustle and sway in the breeze
It sings the blessed song of peace and
Joy of the arriving of green spring
Keeping shadows of cool shade underneath its huge canopy
Leaving the living with a small place of haven amid the tall grass
Mist that swirls with fresh intoxicating air
Nutrients to the soil brings a rich harvest of green fields with
Of course, crickets, beetles, weevils, and critters with
Plenty of food for them to eat
Quiet of the night brings the cool gentle wind that sends crops
Rippling in the breeze
Sending and spreading seeds
To the yonder fields
Under the dark clouds of the
Vanishing moon
With wetness in the air from a nearby stream bringing early morning bumblebees
Xenogamy of
Yellow pollen traveling along a
Zigzagging path
