Greatest Sin

Greatest sin My greatest sin was loving him Loving a man id never win Reminiscing of the thoughts of him Playing in my mind While time standing still I don't think my heart will ever heal Gave you all of me How can this be My greatest sin was loving him Broken down, clowned cant even frown Mentally not there but physically It Doesn't show Gave my heart But here's the huge blow Cheated, misused, confused Want this feeling to go Why do I love a man That is my biggest sin One who I thought love was Real How he swept me off my feet Made my heart miss a beat Gave him all of me The biggest mistake This man once use to hold me He actually Looked into my eyes as he stared Say he cared Now he sees me as his enemy how could this be As we lay next to each other in the night We cant seem to get this right All we do is fuss and fight But attached to one another Hard to let the other go As Day light setting in is it lust are love making Living a life of sin Hearts breaking My greatest sin was loving a man I will never know I'm ready to let it all go © Coreatha K mccoy
