Gravity Kept Me On the Ground

I once heard of an old man who lived in a faraway land.He built his castle on a hill so that he could keep still. He had a great herd of cattle and vast acres of mountainous land surrounded by the crystal blue sea with big ships and tiny boats prowling about. One day the old man had a vision to cultivate some of the deserted land so he went in-search of skilled workers to expand his visionary castle. He appointed overseers, lawyers, board of directors and doctors and they worked day and night to keep the old man's dream alive. The land breeds clean fresh air, plenty fish and natural honey, succulent fruits and red wine to appease ones unbearable appetite. I have been searching for that distant land to find a place where I belong But as soon as I anchored down I discovered evil and dishonesty all around. Thieves, scammers, dealers and impersonators masquerading as intelligence officers walking up and down the mountainous corridors with make shift stair ways and rooms specially built with outlets underground filled with special equipment precious gold and expensive merchandise stock above the heightened ceiling singing loud and strumming guitars. Droves of cow marching along grazing in the fertile land with thick blades of grass standing tall above them as big submarines floats deeply below. Herds of sheep strolling around uttering dark bleating sounds while the shepherd boy with a formidable frown creeps slowly behind them with his metal whip occasionally smacking it to the ground. Strange people walking about with perplexing odor familiar with mountain culture. Taxi prowls miserably about day and night without a single passenger inside Children living with fake mothers and fathers used only as front to cover up their dangerous guns. Perverted mighty men with sophisticated body language pulled their curtains wide open. While a half naked **** adorn in artificial eye lashes sitting on the opposite side open her legs on a big red sofa with a child standing in the foreground reciting a verse while she quietly seduced them in plain sight. A sudden rage sprung up inside and my blood began to boil as I contemplate this shameful act unfolding in front of my watery eyes. I darted outside in the freezing cold seeking comfort for my battered soul and without warning a ferocious wind hurled around me almost lifting me off my feet. The savior must have heard my plea But gravity kept me alive on this scandalous ground.
