Gravity

Mundane creatures such as we
Are kept in place by gravity
Though dreams and aspirations fly
Without bounds through an open sky
Mundane creatures such as we
Are kept in place by gravity.

Within our thoughts, we spread our wings
And harbour dreams of other things
But risk free, while we do not try
The dangers of a floorless sky,
Mundane creatures such as we
Are kept in place by gravity.

There is much depth and introspection always with realistic touch of irony and required rhetoric.
