Gratitude

Giving of that which is due,
Granting what is from the heart true.
 Right is this simple action,
       Run then from careless distraction.
Attitude is that which is at the center,
Apathy must one not allow to enter.
 Thanksgiving is this central theme,
       Therefore this all should scream.
 Insolence must quickly disappear,
       Introspection is what is dear.
 Totality is needed in expression,
       Timidity should be in regression.
 Uplifting for those who comply,
       Understood by all who try.
 Depression is, therefore, gone,
Dependence must be on God alone.
 Expression is the desired end,
Excitement to you it will send.
