Grass Widow

he's gone,                                                                                    
she's left      
                                                                                        
at the mercy of the walls    
                                                           
she sulks                                                                                           
in the middle of nowhere    
                                                                 
she's frayed but no one notices                                                    
it's her; the grass widow
