Grapes

grapes for the best wine
fresh from the richest vineyard
blessed on the altar

grapes for the best wine
fresh from the richest vineyard
connoisseur’s best choice

grapes for the best wine
fresh from the richest vineyard
difficult to spurn

grapes for the best wine
fresh from the richest vineyard
highlights on feast time

Poet Destroyer A May 25, 2013 at 10:31 PM I like when i read poems over and over.. it drives me crazy... and sometimes I like the feeling of crazy... LOL, however, reading haiku over and over is not the same. It helps understand the imagery a bit better. sis, i want these grapes, from the best wine. I'm not a drinker, but I will make an acceptation. you gave the haiku a nice jolly ending... always~ Linda
