Growing old, ageing gracefully Enjoying life,cherishing moments Watching time learning how to be kind Going places looking at lovely faces Experiencing life with a beautiful wife is Grandma's best advice Don't be shy, don't be mean always be eager and keen This journey of yours can be fun But don't spend it drinking too much tequila in the hot sun Be wise, be ambitious, be all you can be Remember you are gorgeous and unique Be honest, be devoted, stay loyal and who knows Maybe one day, you will be famous and a royal Don't give up , stay strong learn to stand up to wrong Listen, take your time, don't rush nor let mankind tell you to hush Search and research , take advice and learn how to accept criticism Don't stand for any type of racism Be positive and look for the good in everyone Be slow to anger and be hungry for education It will make you a King of all nation Grandson, Grandma is ageing and my season Will one day come to an end But as your Grandma and a beloved friend I hope you take these words all the way to the end.
