Grandma

You were always so full of life Watching you now I remember when we would go to Macdonalds on fridays Picking up Grandpa's checks and running around shopping or just hanginng out You would take me to all your dinners Or to you art sessions with all the girls Now here you sit, barely remembering who I am I really miss the woman you once had been Day after day you sit in your chair asking me questions that you often repeat It is hard to believe how time has passed Grandpa's gone and you remember less Soon you will go and I will be alone with your memory and the love you shared I miss you already and I hope you will be as happy as you were when I was 3
