Grandfather

I've never met the man myself
I've got a few pictures at hand
And a lost image in my mind
Cause he's barely in my memories

But I'm sure we'd have gotten along
For you seem visionary
A wise man beyond his time
You'd have made a good friend

I like how industrious you were
And how straight forward you were
We lack this qualities this days
No wonder you didn't live to see this days

That's why I cherish to here more about you
Cause even though you not here with us
We relive every bit of your life
And now you have the honour to live in our words
