Grandeur of Resurgence
A tumultuous time came unushered in my life
Writhing in the crushing clutch of agony
My heart broke and bled in pining pain
Found no embracing arms of solace.
In the tempestuous sea of suffering at night
I tried to sail my wrecked ship to the shore
Someone within told me to endeavor detached
And see hope rises like the sun with a new dawn.
I mended the broken heart, it turned into a bird
Flying away free over the sunburst thicket canopy
To the valley of flowers soaking the sparkle of spring
Under the azure sky emerging from the gloom of grey.
In the ethereal grandeur of resurgence I sensed
The essence of existence opens the petals of bliss
Ornate ecstasy then started to embellish
With flamboyant fervor my resurrected soul.
