Grand Daughter

Poet: Ken Jordan
Poem: Grand Daughter
Edited by: Sparkle Jordan
written: August/2014

Behold!
Father,

I hold Your
gift

and
Your creation,

Up
before
Thee,

she's
my
grand daughter -

May all
the days
of
her life,

Shine bright
as
 stars

in
the heavenly
sky -

I
thank You
Father,

for
the birth

of
your
greatest
miracle,

she
is
the blood,

that
runs through
my
veins,

and
in
my heart -

Angels
brought her
here,

on their
wings

the 30th
day
of
July.

Lord,
that's the
day

You blew
Breath
into

her
beautiful
life.

You
gave her

Eyes
of
Courage,

A
strong
Will,

And

the
HEART

of a
LION -

Behold!
your
Greatest
Miracle,

as she
breathe

for
the very first
time -
