A picture's worth a thousand words

                                            Grammy's Pen 
                                                   and 
                                           Babyhood Friend

                                My mother's cherished treasure 
                                        for over sixty years
                             
                             A toy filled with love and memories
                                  And a few of mother's tears.

This was a fun collaboration between kindred poets :) Thank you for your sweetness, and all the attention on my sweet little childhood stuffed dog, Old Red :D Quite fun :) He has seen better days, as has ole' grammy!
