Graduation Blessing
As you graduate remember to thank your family,
who supported you on your journey to here;
so, recall them for they shared in all the agony,
smile with gratefulness when you hear that cheer !
You did it, yes you did and nothing can hold you back,
believe in yourself and every single day work hard;
this is your time to shine- so just keep on track,
have a plan but be flexible to let down your guard !
Yes, there will be some disappointments and failure,
learn the life lessons and try again, again and again;
there will be times when everything is unfamiliar,
be kind to all you meet and take time to find your Zen !
Amazing and wonderful things are just waiting for you,
develop goals but maintain an inner moral compass;
create a life where you drink from the cup of sky blue,
and ask the Lord for his blessing as you find your oneness !
