Gracious Oasis

In my deserted life emotions desiccated desolate,
but I knew in you was nestled a calm niche of bliss,
in the recess of your remote heart I couldn’t locate.
In my deserted life emotions desiccated desolate,
I knew with a gracious oasis for me you would wait,
soulful serene solace in sated measure I won’t miss.
