Grace and Solitude
At times things can get chaotic
Life's bumps never seem to go away
Temptations pull you left and right
Something always leading you astray
But when life gets way too tough
There is something you can do
Connect to natures element
To find what brings comfort to you.
Mother Earth will help you release
Excess energy you have stored
And she can even recharge you when
your drained and feeling floored
Water it can be cleansing
To your mind, your body and soul
For some the water element
Can make them feel more whole.
The elements of fire and air
Can bring you comfort as well
When you find your comfort in them
All will end up swell.
wherever your comfort may come from
Whatever brightens your mood
I hope these words can help you find
Your grace and solitude.
