Governing My Emotions

Governing my emotions through my faith in Jesus Christ.*** Only Jesus Christ is the very best pathway to preventing my emotions from going on an emotional roller coaster ride. However, it is also true it is not good to keep my emotions pent up so deeply inside of that they explode like fire crackers on the 4th of July or New Year's Eve. Emotional stress anxiety is currently what I am undergoing at this exact point in time. However, it unfortunately happens to be also true, that full fledged panic attacks alter my behavioral personalities. Unfortunately, I become an aggressive person, because I was harboring pent up emotional concordances. Also it is true that good physical health equals good emotional healthful well being. None the less, "more things are wort by prayer than this world dreams of." A former friend of mine from Calvary Baptist Church, Star Klevburg once told me decades ago when I was still in my forties. "Why pray Roxanne when you can always worry.' Star was right on the money, worry never solved anything. But it does lead to stress anxiety and depression! However, "The effectual prayer of a righteous man (or woman) avails much." Jesus Christ hears the desperate pleas of his very special children. He also hearkens unto the pleas for salvation and mercy! "I can do all things through Christ, who strengths me." Although, I must take full responsibility for my thoughts, words, and deeds! And although I must give a full accounting of my life to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! I do not have to accomplish it by myself or for myself. I have a counselor and an emotional healer, Jesus Christ. I have a comforter and a guidance counselor in the Holy Spirit. And I also have a heavenly Father who calls me his beloved daughter! Because I have been redeemed by the precious blood of the Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world, I not only have his mercy. But I also have everlasting life through my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, divine! Whenever I stumble and fall into sin, I have the blessed assurance if I repent of and forsake my sins, I can be truly forgiven! I can stand before my maker with clean thoughts, words, and deeds! It is through his righteousness alone, I am fully justified and purified. "Though my sins be as scarlet, they have been washed by the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world!"
