Goodnight Vegas

Goodnight is like shadows in dim places
Like cold air in Vegas
Like green grass on pavement
I’m turning my pillow cold side down
Goodnight
Like “I love you” text and shadows from the phones light
I am goodnight and warm
Inside looking out to the storm
Fung shuay and all come home
To sleep way down there lesson written in stone goodnight
Good nights goodnight silence
Eyes wide shut, closed eyes open
Almost down to sleep
Goodnight song
Good night kiss
Window sill breathes morning mist
“Goodnight street light”
“Bye, bye black bird”
