Goodnight

Tomorrow is another day
For now just shut the world away
It's time to rest sitting and swinging
No need to worry if the phone is ringing.
For tonight come home to stay.

Time to put the day to bed.
Little girls laugh and wiggle.
Jump on the bed and start to giggle.
Hug them tight and kiss their head.
Tuck them snuggly into bed

Night has come to end today.
Our little ones dreams are underway.
The rest of the world can wait
Hold me tight as it gets late.
Tomorrow is another day.

For now just shut the word away (or world)? It's a nice thought. Usually when I'm with someone I like, I shut the world out, too.
