Goodnight

Goodnight. I'll not say goodbye but goodnight, sleep peacefully in his arms cuddled close to his heavenly bosom. Till we meet again and sit by a river, our backs by the warmth of a tree under the shade of its leaves moved by the breeze, smelling the perfume of summer flowers wafted by gentle air. I'll tell you how I've missed you call my name, and how you have been in my thoughts every day, how the days have not been the same since you fell asleep never to rise again. So I'll say goodnight my dear friend till we meet again, and never part ways evermore, forever in my heart your face always on my mind. By Patrick D
