Goodbye
In the depths of despair, where shadows dwell,
I mourn a love lost, a sorrowful knell.
Three months of bliss, now a distant haze,
In this bleak landscape, I'm lost in a maze.
His laughter, a melody hauntingly sweet,
Now echoes in silence, a painful retreat.
His touch, once a comfort, now cold as frost,
A love so fleeting, forever lost.
We dreamed of forever, but it wasn't to be,
Fate's cruel hand tore you away from me.
A love so deep, yet torn apart,
Leaving a void, a wounded heart.
Though time marches on, the pain lingers strong,
A symphony of grief, an endless song.
A chapter of love abruptly closed,
In the depths of sorrow, my heart exposed.
He was my soulmate, my reason to live,
Now shattered dreams, a love fugitive.
A love that soared, then crashed to the ground,
Leaving me lost, nowhere to be found.
I weep in the silence, my tears like rain,
In this bleak existence, filled with pain.
Three months of happiness, now turned to dust,
Aching for solace, in you I trust.
You were my everything, my light in the dark,
Now I'm adrift, in an emotional arc.
In every heartbeat, a poignant ache,
For a love so profound, no solace can take.
I'll cherish our memories, till the end of my days,
In this world without you, lost in a haze.
A love that was mine, but slipped through my grasp,
Leaving me broken, in sorrow to clasp.
