Good-Bye

Do you have any idea what this has done to me?
I don't think you do
Because if you knew the pain
You wouldn't be able to torture me like this

I don't know what to say
To anyone anymore
This just gets harder and harder
And words just get heavier and heavier

You were one person I thought that I could always count on
To be here for me
But I guess that wasn't true, I just couldn't see right through you
But now that I can I think I see
That you weren't really friends with me, I was friends with you
But some people just don't realize
How much of a difference there is between the two

I guess what I am trying to say is...
I'm sorry I ever trusted you to be there for me
That was a big mistake
And I'm sorry you were forced to have me as a friend for so long
I guess... this is... good bye

Oh my gosh...i had to read this piece almost 10 times because everything that i wanted to say and that i felt is expressed in this piece.."that you weren't really friends with me, i was friends with you" is what i have thought for years and have been scared to say...thank you very much for creating this masterpiece...

this is a extremely touching write as we all have been hurt in some way, shape or form throughout our life time and you capture it so well and beautifully here, but had you not went through this you wouldn't have learned from it think about the leason within the pain we all must live to take responability for our mistakes and circumstances it's how we grow as human being I know this pain all to well most do it's how we rise above it that gives us wings to fly Happy Holidays and God Bless

this is a sad poem but I good write, they say that we are lucky if we find one true friend in our life time, so many people make out to be our friend then use us or hurt us or break our trust, that's why I gave my life to God, the one person I can always count on to help me and he's always around, evem my young daughter of 10 has already grown to know you can not trust anyone but you can always trust God this friend will end up all alone later in life, then they will know how it feels from diane
