Goodbye
Lost within so many thoughts
they pass me one by one
Looking back on wars we fought
and battles that we won...
I can't erase the good or bad
they both walk hand in hand
The path we couldn't help but take
and where we both now stand...
I owe a debt I can't repay
no matter how I try
I hope that you'll forgive me please
as we now say goodbye.
