Good To Know

God’s got our back
Literally 
Our erect spine
Bliss enlivened 
Caress divine
Is but His grace
At play within
Transmuting form
Open secret
We alone know
Though we may share
No one can pair
Or comprehend
What we imbibe
Touch intimate
That doth elate
By day and night
Divine Mother
Kundalini 
Holy Spirit
Empowering

Unseeking Seeker December 24, 2022 at 5:37 PM Bookish study is fine but I’d strongly advise against engaging in any forced yoga practice practice or Shaktipat to awaken the kundalini. If it has to arise, it will do so on its own, naturally. Go with prayer and purification of heart, refining thought, word and deed, moment to moment, in gentle mindfulness.
