Good Medicine
Seagulls sailing by;
Ruffle my hair with
A soft winging song;
Heard only by my
Listening spirit.
Salty scents waft
From the water;
I find repose
Here by the sea.
It’s embrace
Warms my soul
Clarity
Is mine;
Thank you
Sea.
