Good Healthy Habit
A little sweat will go a long way
Exercise keeps your heart healthy
And your muscles strong
And helps in losing weight
Eat green and leafy vegetable
Eat organic and juicy fruits
Drink water in hourly interval
Bath everyday, pray and rest well.
