Good Friend

I had a good friend, that I'll never see again.
I can remember back to when we were running like the wind.
It's gonna take some time for this heart to mend.
Because I always thought you'd be around again.
I keep your memory deep inside.
It's a place for you to hide.
you were too young to die.
It's too late to ask why.
It's been too long to cry.
I guess this is goodbye.

This is a sad write. When one dies what seems before their time, it is harded to bear. Keep writing. Sara
