Good Friday

GOOD FRIDAY

The expression of man's unutterable malignity
is the Cross which stripped Christ off all dignity.
But the memoirs of glorification forever will stay.
Why isn't it called "Bad Friday"?
Because from the horrendous bad
emerge the inexpressible good.
Christ drained the cup of God's wrath,
He emptied the cup in its filthy wealth,
sucked, bone dry and left no drop,
neither did He allow us gulp the unpassover cup

nor left a drizzle for us all to drunkenly drink.
Good Friday! This awareness will always sink.
Though a black one building bad endless spiral.
The bad was temporal, but the good is eternal,
therefore, the good eclipse the bad manifestation.
Jesus' death is good for our salvation,
Even though the tragedy ensued in a better life,
a premeditated resurrection is fulfilled soon enough.
Why is Good Friday meticulously observed?
For a memorial and a hope that was reserved.

So...Exalt the Cross! Our lives rescued from the pit.
It's the Divine love without reserve or limit;
God has hung the destiny of the race upon it:
The Cross subdue Hades & our saviour stood,
It's the resurrection that makes Good Friday good.
