Good America

“America will be great if America is good. If not, her greatness will vanish away like a morning cloud,” by Andrew Reed and James Matheson, English ministers who wrote about their travels to the U.S. in the 1830s. published in 1835. Granted. Perhaps America's influence has been curtailed, But I do not think that she has lost her greatness because by law and in heart, she is still good. Therefore, she can only be made greater as she maintains her goodness via her belief in God. Many want goodness without the God of the Bible. Her extraordinary existence and magnanimous character lies in her ability to maintain her utter reliance upon the God of the Bible. 080224PS
