Robert Pettit Poet Rhyme

Gone

She has typed in many a useless comment before.
However, this miss can’t be doing it anymore.
The work she has displayed for us to see totals eight.
Believe me, none of that material looks great.
Well, a few of us got together to take a stand.
A stoppage from submitting bad comments was their demand.
Some detailed complaints to the management were submitted.
Each one of those pejorative criticisms was omitted.
So continue to write your admirable poetry.
About those worthless words, you will no longer have to worry.

I never had the opportunity to be on the wrong end of one of those barbs you speak of but I take it she wasn't very gentle in her critique. I have always found that encouragement was more helpful that criticism. God Bless my friend, JB
