Goldilocks

Goldilocks

Mercury is too close, extremes of hot and cold
Venus is better placed, but not a home to hold
Mars may have been considered, millions of years ago
Jupiter is far too gassy, never an option, No!
Saturn looks attractive, adorned with cosmic rings
Uranus too unstable and all the storms it brings
Neptune is a big rock, but much too far away
Pluto is off the radar, it’s been downgraded anyway
That just leaves Earth perfect for all our needs
Not too hot, not too cold, Goldilocks theory agrees
