GOLDEN STILLNESS
????GOLDEN STILLNESS????
TGIF as I exude a piece of "GOOD MORNING",
Without wrinkles, issues, mizzles or yawning.
My morning hums in hues of gold,
Soft light spills where dreams unfold.
Woke up with a quiet breath, a gentle start,
The sun leans in to warm my heart.
Curtains whisper tales of dawn & morning sun
And of the won battles while I slept until dawn.
My hand rests calmly upon my chest,
Seems like a silent vow to rise & rest.
The mirror behind me holds a crimson frame,
Reflecting not just face, but my life's aim
Fire within me speaks serene while I drip,
It wakes the world from their silent sleep.
My grey bedsheets cradle thoughts unspoken,
Of hopes rebuilt & chains now broken.
My day delightfully begins not loud but true,
With morning’s grace embracing me although.
So lie down awhile, listen & let stillness sing,
Before the rush, the text, chats, the calls, the ring.
For in this pause, one's soul is fruitfully fed
Just like a king at peace upon his bed.
