Golden Showers
Dripping petals in gilded droplets unfold
Cascading down from trees like waterfalls
Densely packed on branches, bunch by bunch
For nature’s generous gifts, pick more than one.
Flowers like huge dangling earrings from the sun
Giving final touches for all colors of spring time
Curtains of twigs pensively drape to expand
Oozing rich showers of happiness at every glance.
Golden showers abound especially in spring season
With its royal color celebrating the healthiest bloom
While we sojourn under an umbrella of its throne
Balmy breeze crowns us with vibrant confetti gold.
