summer 
days ahead
swimming pool as
golden seaside haunt
children building castles
suntan folk blow warm kisses
blue sky chatter from wonderstruck
beach goer swept up by atmosphere 
of oceanic green tide’s sweet ripple

Hello Howard! I am touched so emotionally by this nautical lovely poem. Growing up on Long Island, N.Y., we went by car to Montauk for summer camping, Fire Island, Jones Beach, group chartered boats for flounder fishing day excursions. Loved every minute of it. I haven't been to the seashore since 1994 when we spent a week on the North Carolina beaches. I appreciate this exhilarating oceanic poem. Many blessings to you, good friend. ~
